Andrea Hoepfner, Senior Travel Designer
Grew up bilingually in her hometown of Temuco where she studied Tourism.
In 1999 did her trainee-ship in Frankfurt (LAN Chile).
Since the year 2000 she resides in Puerto Varas working within tourism (reservations, operations, customer service, complaint management), mainly as a supervisor. She has been working in Trails of Chile from 2008.
